My hp envy 4520 is connected but won't print anything, even after the 'print validating' message has passed. the print information box on the start bar says '0 items pending'.. Please make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector. remove all the ink cartridges and then try to perform a hard reset on the printer. with the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet..
Hp8620 says connected but won't print; note on archived topics. i'd then suggest downloading and running the hp print and scan doctor. troubleshooting tells me it can't see the printer on the wifi network, yet i can print from the other computer. tried the hp scan print doctor with no success..
